I have been trying to do some integrations using webhooks, I can create a webhook successfully but I don't receive any event callbacks, it shows that my event callbacks are stuck on 'inprogress' status.

I doubt it's still working: the last change was merged 6 years ago.

Some parts of the SDK weren't up to date, so I suggest you to to fork and make improvements by yourself. Like I did.
