Logging in with no identifyable attributes throws low level exception #3

When a user logs in and their IdP does not send any of the identifyable attributes, a nasty Excpetion is thrown. It does contain some useful information, but it looks like something broke.
There should be a more user friendly message in these cases, perhaps using the technical contact details from the IdP's metadata.
