Unicode Conversion Failure Few Chinese Characters #22

Hi,

Below sample Chinese character is not converted properly when using IB .Net Data Provider.
English : Battery
Chines : 电池

Connection String : server=xxxxxx;database=xxxxxxxxx;TruncateChar=true;charset=UTF8;

When retrieve the Chines character, it is showing like below.
Chines: 电�

Please check and share any setup needed to enable.
Interbase ADO.Net Data Provider Version : 7.13.7.0
