用户在发现 bug 或者想要提些建议的时候能够通过该渠道进行提交，向开发人员发送反馈消息
该功能添加在管理站上，在有人进行反馈时发送邮件提示

解决方案
可以在用户服务中实现，添加对应的表等信息。
