Pathway created in Ceramic but not shown on UI #72

I'm getting the attached errors in the console when creating a pathway:
dcompass-staging.herokuapp.com-1645634574822.log

The pathway got created in ceramic: https://documint.net/kjzl6cwe1jw146erk0d5hzc5e5bbdukwunjsvgkiuucf5h0nzp32f95ji0fb1a4

But is not shown in the UI:
