Hi

Why don't you provide the snapshots via CloudFront (CDN) backed by the S3 bucket? It offers lots of benefits

  1. Single URL
  2. Cached at AWS edge nodes. Makes it much faster for any region
  3. You only need 1 s3 bucket. No need to replicate
