Update documentation on develop branch due to package renaming

With the recent merging of readoutmodules and readoutlibs into a datahandlinglibs package, the documentation on the develop branch of this package now has lines resulting from the search-and-replace like:
" It is the glue between datahandlinglibs and datahandlinglibs that specifies types ..."
which formerly had been
"It is the glue between readoutlibs and readoutmodules that specifies types ..."
...which tells me the documentation needs to be updated to reflect the name changes.
