Feed event upvotes

As a community member I would like a way to acknowledge feed events with some kind of +1 or upvote mechanism to show that I've seen the post and approve in some way.

Pending design, this could be any kind of emoji or metaphor added to the post, but maybe a rocket ship icon 🚀 or something would be cool. Require a signed transaction to do it. Could even evolve into a kind of tip jar or something if people paid to put a special icon on the post... but for now a +1 of some kind would do.

Nice feature, but we'll want to think deeply about how we value an +1 vote, especially if they could be so easily gamed.

• How could we make it sybil resistant?

• How can this be tied into project reviews

• Love the idea of a tip jar.

Filing this away in feature-requests so we can braistorm on it more
