⚠️ Description

The rules text and some other strings are in German, which makes other users unable to understand them.

💡 Solution

Add the strings to the I18N bundle.

🙋 Do you want to develop this feature yourself?

I don't know. Maybe needs discussion on how to handle these texts. They are too many and separated.
