Building/upgrade color by percentage

Feature description

I'm using buildings/upgrades ordering by PP. So, in my case, actual building/upgrade coloring is not as informative as it could be. Coloring by percentage would be better. It can show if the next building is still a great option or not (especially when the first one is very expensive.

Coloring by percentage could look like it:

• Blue: better than 40% and more
• Cyan: better than 20% and more
• Green: best building and to 20% better
• Yellow: to 20% worse
• Orange: to 40% worse
• Red: to 80% worse
• Purpule: to 160% worse

We can consider some adjustments for the percentage. Or maybe make it configurable (at least the base 20%).
