集显驱动不能正常恢复 #1114

环境：
win11_pro_23h2
测试电脑，thinkpad t14 2023款

对全新安装，驱动完善的系统，进行驱动备份，
然后对原机器重新安装系统，再进行驱动还原，
大部分驱动都能正常还原，包括独显，唯独集显驱动还是 Microsoft 基本显示适配器

测试了两遍，结果一样
