Link toolbar not showing anymore for group and Column since WordPress 6.6

Hi,

Since last update of WordPress, the link toolbar is not showing any more for group and Column. The option is check in the settings. But not visible when i select a group in the editor. This is very problematic cause i have multiple links that i can’t update anymore.

There is an issue with a ACF function in the JS, if I comment it out the link option comes back.... I don't know what it might have broken me doing that but I don't need it of ACF.

Line 8864 - 8878 in build/index.js

Just incase it helps anyone else

I dont have time to debug it fully and find put why its broken!
