Stop Re-alerting Emails

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We're trying to setup Cacti so we don't receive re-alerting emails - with a desired outcome of receiving an email when a device is down and one for when the device has returned.
With the current setup we are receiving sporadic re-alerts every 10-30 minutes as shown in the images.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome if you could control whether you received re-alert emails for when a host is down/up.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As far as I know there aren't any work arounds.
