I want to label my pictures my own without web,but I don't know if this tool can help me with it.

LabelMeToolbox is a tool for collecting manual annotations. If you want a pretrained model for object detection and segmentation, check out caffe and the associated Model Zoo.

That's not what i mean, i mean where there is a clean version used for labeling pictures for object detection and segmentation, the result data set is used for training
