Horse riding is broken

Cant you move on top of the horse when you are riding it, the horse moves but you don't move with the horse. you can tell this is the issue because when you get off the horse after holding the W A S or D key for a bit the horse teleports in that direction when you stop riding it.
I have only encountered this whilst using the zombie horse, skeleton horse and normal horse pets.
Tested on 1.19 pocket mine latest release
