I am also facing same issue, while downloading package from NuGet Package manager , it is showing below error -

Retrying 'FindPackagesByIdAsync' for source 'https://nuget.pkg.github.com/azure/download/microsoft.azureintegrationmigration.runner/index.json'. Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized).

NuGet Package Manger configured with -

1. Source: https://nuget.pkg.github.com/azure/index.json
2. Name: AzureIntegrationMigration
3. Credentials : Git Credentials

Is their any way we can access it through VS Package Manager . Am I missing any setting which required.

You can simply build the source code. It'll build version 0.4 however I believe they bumped the version number only for the sake of the general release to version 1.
