[Feature] Navbar for the site

Problem: Just noticed that there is no navbar on this site.
Proposed Solution: I can add the navbar after finalising a design keeping in mind the overall theme of the site.

Was working on the Navbar and noticed that this site is a single-page application with no signup system either. So should I add dummy headings to pages like about us /contct-us till they are made, otherwise navbar will not be serving any functional purpose.
Would like to know your thoughts on this and how to go about it ?

Yes Add ! but don't add any links to those for now .for example it should not redirect user to /about
