User story

As a developer, I want the TARS endpoints refactored, so I can easily maintain the code base.

Acceptance criteria

  • Cache bearer token
  • Move relevant code into backends package

Sprint Ready Checklist

  • 1. Acceptance criteria defined
  • 2. Team understands acceptance criteria
  • 3. Team has defined solution / steps to satisfy acceptance criteria
  • 4. Acceptance criteria is verifiable / testable
  • 5. External / 3rd Party dependencies identified

Notes

Open pull request into release-v1.0.0 branch
Map to Procedures will be handled in other ticket
