Add meteor-router-layer to allow for flow-router use

This looks promising to allow for the use of both Iron:Router and FlowRouter with this package.

I'll most likely be switching to FlowRouter for my projects, but I still need a good shared-auth package. but I don't want to have to depend on both routers.

This is something I'm currently experiencing. Getting errors on all pages because of routing. Would really love to have FlowRouter support now that it's the recommended router.
