Output 2. Supporting documentation, including a User manual and an Adaptation manual. These two manuals will detail in general, non-technical terms, the nature of inputs, analytic processes, and resultant outputs, to enable stakeholders to readily understand the use of the tool and identify modifications that might ultimately provide outputs better suited to local needs, policy scenarios, and future visions.
