Complete weekly audit for week ending 2024-09-28 using the instructions on https://github.com/18F/tock/blob/master/docs/logging.md#tock-log-auditing

Create issue for next week
Do the audit via Kibana with indicated queries
Check NewRelic output for anything anomalous
CircleCI log is consistent with above and known release

Close the issue with a comment like I have reviewed the logs using https://github.com/18F/tock/blob/master/docs/logging.md and found nothing unusual.
